Superfood ingredients

We make all of our own spreads such as pesto, hummus, soups, cakes, real fruit syrups (our smoothies and juices) and sauces so we can load you up with all the goodness not preservatives or artificial flavours.

We find people with special dietary needs such as Diabetic, Gluten intolerant, Vegetarian, and Lactose intolerant, are catered for.

  • Quinoa

    It’s the mother grain. We love it because of its versatility and texture. It is a whole grain, therefore unprocessed or unrefined so you get your low GI carbs with lots of fibre. On top of that, our Organic Quinoa grain contains an amino acid composition which is considered complete, featuring all the essential and non essential amino acids + it’s loaded with minerals such as magnesium, manganese, and phosphorous and vitamins riboflavin and folate.

    Broccoli is a cruciferous veg. therefore providing great cancer fighting properties, it assists liver cleansing and detoxification. Snow Peas and Green Beans are high in vitamin C, and contain an awesome mineral profile. They provide plenty of insoluble fibre and some protein. The cooking method we use for our vegetables retains all the nutrients, and they remain green and crunchy.

Rich in mid-chain Fatty Acids. It’s metabolized differently other oils and converted into energy in the liver. It increases your metabolism so you burn more KJ’s leading to a natural and healthy weight loss. Coconut Oil is rich in Lauric acid, providing anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-fungal properties. Free Range, hormone and antibiotic free Chicken, Beef, Pork, Lamb and Tuna are the options.
